Susie has been at Vanguard for five years. She joined the Vanguard Institutional Marketing Operations team in 2016. In her current role Susie manages a team of six, who are responsible for managing the Institutional Marketing content, project management, and presentation design. In her role, Susie creates the strategy for Seismic use in the Institutional Investment Group. This includes the Seismic user experience, planning and process improvement, and delivering best-in-class client experiences. Before her time in Institutional Marketing Susie worked on the Vanguard Brand Management Services team, consulting on brand strategy and design. Susie has her MBA from Villanova University, with concentrations in Strategic Management and Marketing.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys spending time with her husband and her 18 month old son. She also loves music, surfing, and hiking with her two dogs and family.
