Michelle Groff Burling is a content and community strategist where her career has been dedicated to virtual community building and enterprise collaboration across many industries. Michelle is currently Director Content Management, Communities and Collaboration at Hitachi Vantara where she leads the strategy and activation for enterprise content management, information resources, internal social collaboration and external Community. Prior to Hitachi Vantara, Michelle focused on cultivating communities for healthcare professionals working with an online community technology company. Michelle has also spent the better part of a decade serving as a catalyst for successful community of practice, collaboration, knowledge management and marketing initiatives within the Professional Services and Enterprise Software industries. Michelle has worked to develop best practices and strategies in social collaboration, community cultivation, content management, moderation, measurement, editorial planning and communications. Michelle holds a BS from Virginia Tech
