Jill Guardia currently serves as Executive Director of Sales Enablement at TriNet Corporation, a leading PEO provider in the US. In this role, Jill is responsible for enabling over 400 field and inside sales consultants, managers and leaders across all disciplines of product, solutions, industry and tools through training, coaching and kickoff events that support one of Selling Power Magazines Top 10 Best Companies to Sell For (2017). Jill also serves as the Leader of the Boston Chapter of the Sales Enablement Society and is one of the founding members and strong contributors to innovating and elevating the role of Sales Enablement. Jill has spent many years in various Sales Enablement roles, at technology vendors from Constant Contact, Rapid7 and Symantec Corporation. Jill is also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and teaches regularly in her home town of Somerville, MA.
